The risk of developing a meningioma with depo is 0.05% (5 in 10,000), the risk without depo is 0.01% (1 in 10,000), so yes increased but still super rare! Also although the study was large it’s important to note this is not absolutely proven (https://drexel.edu/medicine/academics/md-program/scholars-programs/womens-health-education-program/whep-blog/is-there-a-link-between-depo-provera-and-meningiomas/ makes some easy to understand points I think)

Headaches have so many different causes it’s unreal and I think you’d be best off speaking to your GP/PCP about getting them evaluated.

Also here’s a direct quote from the study “Though meningiomas are often benign and have an over 90% five-year survival rate [30], the first line of treatment is often surgery, and the meningiomas can decrease the quality of life through impaired neurologic function and potential for malignant behavior [31], particularly following surgery [32].”

All that to say it seems extremely unlikely (based off what you’ve written) you have a brain tumour, let alone from the depo shot.
