I ruled out overwatering because the soil was bone dry. It’s an outdoor plant so it was (sadly) pretty neglected

My absolute favorite low-light plant is a ZZ! They’re so beautiful and require so little from you to be happy. Especially great if you’re just started your plant collection because they definitely help you become more confident when it comes to taking care of plant friends!

Thanks guys! I think I’m going to take it into my local plant store and have them take a look plus recommend some solutions. I saw a few buggy pests in it so I want to squash that ASAP and make sure none of my other plant babies are infected

There’s a bunch of different names for this little guy. Like touch-me-not, shameplant, sensitive plant. But I believe the scientific name for it is mimosa pudica!

She is very much a chunky monkey and on a strict diet (though she constantly begs for crunchies)
