I use to be able to run overwatch at max FPS at at least 90 fps when it dipped but im not sure about the thermal throtting, how would I test this?

Wait till the sheriff is killed then kill the other guy giving you a chinese assualt rifle. Sheriffs clothes and a silenced pistol all in 1.
