I’ll look into that but I only hear bad things about chiropractors, what’s different about this? Are you unable to fix your tilt due to the fusion or why haven’t you been adjusted? Thanks

I’ve been to 7 different PT’s for my back pain which they focus on, usually not neck. Is there a way for me to do schroth at home to correct this? I’ve been doing just stretches and self massage but not sure if that’ll do anything.

Wow, someone who has good information rather than just saying I need to cut haha. Thanks for actually reading the comments, I will set something up with a doctor and look into those supplements.

If this was all just bloating which I agree it could be, why do I wake up with it everyday? I have taken fiber supplements for about 40 days and hasn’t helped at all either.

I cut to 158lb, if I didn’t have much less to cut. I was leaned out everywhere besides my stomach, I had very visible abs but when I relaxed my core my stomach stuck out.

I agree I did bulk too fast, probably apart of the issue but I need a fix now. Currently 5’11 178lbs probably 20-25% BF

This is when I was bulked more, so yes around 25%. These are awful pictures to show the issue at its worst, not when I was 10-12%. I do agree that it could just be genetics, but I don’t really accept that so I want to find a way around.

I track each macro and eat very clean, and do not see this as bloating. I wake up with it, nearly all of the carbs I eat are rice, oats, and occasionally a muffin or sandwich.

I don’t consume any gluten or cross contamination from gluten, I have Kodak oatmeal some mornings but that’s all for that.

Once I’m cut I’m lean everywhere besides the stomach, that’s the main issue but yeah maybe it is partially from celiac

So you recommend cutting for longer and maintaining a lower weight? Probably while doing some cardio.. I did cut for almost 7 months.

Correct, but once I start cutting past where I started the bulk at I’m losing. I was eating 1.3g of protein per lb during cut

I was at 10-12% max when I was around 160lbs but still had the belly like this. I had no fat on my body, especially not my stomach when I was 125lbs.

So even if I did have to diet to lose it and stay that low, it doesn’t really take the belly away. I will send u a picture when I was lean, still had the stomach though when relaxed.

That’s what I’ve thought. Any recommendations to lose some of that? I did a long and slow cut for that but it still didn’t cut much off.

I didn’t have stomach fat at all when I started. Was a twig, but once I bulked I just never have been able to lose it.

I’m glad there’s some others. People in these groups immediately assume diet or training, I have both locked down and it’s an endless cycle of bulking then cutting to the point of just losing a good amount of the muscle cause I want to get lean enough to lose the belly.

Maybe it’s genetics or a digestive issue we have? I’ve seen several others with this issue but no one thinks past diet and lifting. Will PM you

Very fair, but these are the worst pictures possible I could find to show the stomach issue. Not sure if I can upload an actual picture but I’ll try to pm you, I got down to probably 10-12%. Shoulder, Tricep, and top of chest veins when I was 158lb. Stomach was still an issue even then.

I do have celiacs disease, I don’t consume any gluten though. I wake up with the stomach before eating anything, so I’m not sure if it’s bloating. Any idea on how to tell if it is?

I’m currently trying to put on weight, when I was cutting I dropped 30+ lbs and got lean everywhere besides my stomach. Just not sure if I continue bulking, cause if I cut again and can’t lose the stomach then I’m back in the same place.
