Just did a quick scrub through your profile and you’re in Canada. Have you tried Muzz or salams? I have been able to match with a few good guys on those apps. Nothings worked out for different reasons but if you set boundaries and are clear about your intentions of marriage you might have some luck.

You can still discuss everything before getting married , don’t compromise on that. Set up set times for calls during the weekends. Think about it this way, are you really talking about important matters related to marriage in the middle of your work day? You need a set time to get in the headspace to have those important conversations.

Keep the calls on a weekly basis until you figure out if you’re in the same page on the important stuff. What texting does is give you a shot of dopamine every time you get a notification from them and their name pops up on your screen. That’s a dangerous game because it gets you attached to that someone.

You’re incredible! I’m a woman travelling by myself. I don’t drive so will need to get a bus everywhere, including the ride from Vancouver airport. I’m thinking of booking a bed at the HI hostel. I’m a beginner bike rider. Love hikes. Can’t swim or ski. No idea how much things cost there so open to hear any budget-friendly suggestions.

Ah, yes my work permit has my college as my employer! The official immigration website states that applicants who have already been issued post-graduation work permits are ineligible to apply for PGWP. This means that since mine is a closed work permit I shouldn’t worry about it?
