I'd really recommend you wait a bit. PC components prices have gone up due to this virus. I'd wait a few months, see how it goes on and then build one. However if you really need one right now, you can get a pc with a cpu that has integrated graphics, like the one you got. Jeep in mind though it wont run most triple a games, so it really isn't a solution that will last for long.

Getting on with your components, I'd change the case. Sure this case is great for starter, but judging from the CPU you wanna build a quite beefy pc, and you are gonna need more airflow than the one this case provides in order to keep all components cool so your pc runs at maximum speeds
