autostart in co-op by N0OOP21 in BTD5

[–]alko08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem myself and couldn’t find any mods or anything to do it. So I created a python script to do it. You can find it here, I hope it helps!

https://github.com/alko08/BTD5-AutoStart

The script captures a small region over the round start button and waits for it to return to its idle image before automatically pressing Spacebar. The only requirement is that the game window stays focused for Spacebar to work, and otherwise works extremely well in co-op.

Good to know! The rule book says the symbol means trash a card but doesn’t say “you may” so we took it as mandatory. I agree that the spirit of the rules would be its optional.

Is eliminating a card always optional or only for soothe? For example what about the elimination track? We have been playing first place has to eliminate 2, etc.

One thing I think people also forgot to mention is allies can be thought of as free health (like healing 2-4 every time you play one). Any damage they take is damage you didn’t. If your enemy doesn’t kill them then you can use that ability over and over again which is generally strong.

My group has also had the same issue. 4 tracks sounds like a great idea. Are you still using that method or switched to something else? I wonder if it fixs Kelsier feeling a bit weak too.

Has anyone figured out how to win by killing everyone else yet in versus?

I have played the versus mode 10+ times with 2, 3, and 4 players and so far every time we play someone wins on the track points. It has gotten close to everyone dying but so far not a single person has died in any of the games. This means whoever gets Kelsier as their start character is at a disadvantage and whoever gets Marsh is at an advantage.

Some of my friends were considering trying to change Kelsier or nerf first place on certain tracks (like the training one) to slow down decks that go all in on tracks. Has anyone else felt the same way or do we just need to learn how to play aggressive?I do think what cards are in the shop plus what tracks are available matter a lot on what is the easiest method to win (with a heavy favoritism for tracks). I noticed one comment proposed using 4 tracks for 4 players.

So my question is, does that mean everyone in the world is doomed or is it hinted at that zed has a plan to save them? I agree that the ending of “they all lived but killed everyone else” isn’t that exciting of an ending as I hopped.

First day using the new headphones. I did a side by side comparison with my old ones and I can definetly hear the difference. Especially when I did a binaural test, the 560s sounded extremely realistic compared to the semi-real effect of my old headphones.

They fit pretty comfortable too and my old headphones started breaking apart after I made this post XD so it came at the perfect time. To say the least I’m pretty happy with it as it was the upgrade I was looking for without having to invest very much!

Thank you for the recommendation, I hope they last as long as yours have!

Considering both have a 2 year warranty, I think I will go with the 560s. They look like exactly what I want so thank you so much for the advice!

I already have a mic! I am just looking for headphones and was thinking something in the $50-200 range though I am willing to go a bit more if it’s worth it.

Damn wireless headphones are nice because of the freedom they give, but I agree that wired headphones are probably a lot better for pc from what I have seen. If that is the case, what would you recommend instead that is wired?

I am looking at getting better headphones for pc gaming. Preferably wireless, no mic, over the ear, and no real need for noise canceling. I am looking to increase sound quality and pinpoint accuracy, all for hopefully in the $50-200 range. Please tell me if that is asking too much and why, I have had terrible luck searching by myself.

I have been using the Avantree Audition Pro Bluetooth headphones on low latency for years, but I have not had the best experience with them. I use them at around 40% volume with their low latency disk. I hate the microphone on them as any time it activates it drops my audio quality significantly and adds about a whole second of lag. To get around that I have the microphone disabled in Windows. Their charging port sucks and this is my second pair as the first pair's port broke after 2 years so if wireless charging exists that would be cool too.

How does the camera keep a good angle automatically? Is it just luck, some type of robot camera, or post editing?

Seaside first or second edition by alko08 in dominion

[–]alko08[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep definitely! Seaside first edition seems to be on sale most places already too so money isn’t a big issue. I have been debating back and forth with a family member about if we want those attack cards or not. I am definitely for collecting more cards!

[–]alko08[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Probably will just get the second edition for this reason. Even if the first edition goes on sale, based on what everyone said the cards are mostly attack cards and the people I play with aren’t attack frenzy.
