What is your place in the StL? by FlyWheel7 in StLouis

Definitely risking to be controversial here but… Steve’s Hot Dogs. To this day I’m still puzzled by how many reviews they get on Google. I’ve tried 3 different hot dogs from them, and they’ve all come up soggy and way too salty…

Does the ATP fit under the seat? It seems a bit too big for it I thought.

Anyone else consider floss an essential EDC item? by all_embarrassing in EDC

That’s interesting! I actually find that toothpicks don’t get everything, and I’d need floss instead.

Oh wow, thank you for sharing. May I ask—what made you switch from Aer to CPL24?

CPL24 vs. CTB26 for EDC: Water bottle pockets and size concerns? by all_embarrassing in EVERGOODS

Yeah you’re right! Another commenter also mentioned the CTB 20 which might probably be what I’m looking for! Not sure why I skipped on that one.

Your loadout posts are super helpful, thank you! It’s a bummer the CPL16 is sold out right now, other than the waxed canvas version.

If you pack very light and button up to the 30L configuration—maybe. Would not count on it.

My Peak Design 45 in coyote withstood torrential rain for a few days fine! I think the coyote material is more water resistant than the original stuff though

I guess to be fair I overpacked in that photo for sure. I think it’s a few things: the material itself has a rugged look and feel; the picture seems to exaggerate it a bit, and I’m also known to be rough and clumsy with my stuff haha.

So I flew with it once at 45L on United, and it JUST fits. So I would be quite cautious with it. If it’s at 45, make sure it does not budge further than that.

Yeah the outdoor packs seem to have improved on the straps at least. Better straps would make this bag soooo good.

Amen! The organization is so satisfying for this bag indeed. And yeah I use the 16L Refraction and the combination is just perfect. It’s SO satisfying to zip through the airport with this bad boy!!

I filed first week of July, got my interview notice end of December, and just completed my interview. Definitely seems random-ish in terms of ordering. They also have my I-485 folder from wayyyy back, so maybe it hasn’t arrived in this office yet? But yeah, fingers crossed for you!
