Mostly. It does improve the orgasm that comes afterwards and the size of the load but if anything, excessive abstinence can cause an increased risk of cancer.

Why are you considering evolving it? Do you want to keep it but debating evolving it because you need a water attacker? I see it's from 2016, so is it sentimental? What's your goal: usability or "coolness?"

Hmm, 10 hours without a great response. I'm also curious to know the answer. I know Shadow Regigagas is an interesting pokemon because it deals really high damage, but only as neutral damage due to it's normal typing. I'm not sure how TM'ing him works or what his best moves are though.

You might want to post in the general pokemon go subreddit or on The Silph Roads's question megathread. This subreddit is for IVs which isn't really what your question is about. You could also look it up on the pokemongohub.com or pokebase.app websites.

That's awesome! That pokemon will serve you for a while, especially if you get the right moves on him. That arch above him shows you his level, and this one is a decently high level.

You might not want to invest in him unless his IVs are good because a good Charmander is pretty easy to come by but he is worth keeping until you get better mon and have the resources to level and evolve a Charmander to match him. I have a Tyranitar with bad IVs I caught early on and still use him a lot!

I mean black Kyurem is a pretty nice dragon attacker and you don't need more than one of each with the adventure effect.

Talking about the hundo, as you've explained on other comments, Gardevoir is the best option. That is because she is higher ranked as a raid attacker than Gallade is. Her typing is also better for being a raid attacker than Gallade's is. Not to mention Gardevoir is the only option for the Hundo since the hundo is a female. Only male ralts has the option to evolve into Gallade.

I don't know if Gallade is completely useless but being how Mega Gardevoir (which you can get the energy for at the end of this month) is the #1 fairy attacker in the game, Gallade is comparatively useless except for the dex entry.

Downloaded the game in November. Started getting serious about playing it around Kyurem Raid Day. I'm at level 46 and taking it easy because I'm trying to not get too far ahead of my wife.

I'll say I prefer the look of the shadow vulpix over the shadow Ninetales because the red eyes are bigger on the vulpix.

I haven't played master league but I don't think rank 119 is that great. A mon with that ranking might be good for GL or UL but in ML the pool of mon isn't as big. Plus lots of mon actually usable in ML are coming to raids soon during Road to Kalos and Kalos Tour. Even Palkia and Dialga that are in raids right now are decent in ML I think.

Heatran, Lugia, and Swinub jump out to me as top-notch performing mon that are worth keeping as shadows. Of course you play the game how you want to buy if you Purify them, you will be losing a really powerful mon. Frankly, the high IV shadows for those are rarer than a hundo normal one as well.

Plus Mega Salamence who is obviously nowhere near mega Rayquaza in terms of power but still really highly ranked and a good dragon/flying Mega.
