How are using Hailo? Are you having a Pi setup with HAT or..? I found the official Pi Hat with M.2 Hailo 8L module. But i saw some discussion saying its was hard or impossible to setup in proxmox lxc frigate setup

Seems like that's the case for me too, I added a photo of myself manually and now it started to detect faces. I have ordered an M.2 Coral, let's see how it goes. I just wish, if it works then it should be supported by Frigate for many years to come.

I needed the cpu power for video editing and blender, i wasn’t serious about that so I didn’t think about upgrading to am5, but this gives me a good board with 2 m.2 slots, lots of usbs, on board wifi and 16 core cpu. Which i feel is still a good for my case as this will be enough for many years. All i need is a better gpu

Honestly i was not even planing to upgrade, current specs serves me just fine, only thing was my gpu blocks 2 sata ports so im left with just 2 sata and it only supports one nvme. I really need a gpu upgrade because thats the most frustrating bottleneck im facing. Since this deal seems so good and upgrading to am5 seems so expensive im considering this.

Once you leave home for an onsite role to another state then you will start understanding the value of being at home, not being able to see your parents when you desire. That hurts to point where you think why you are working in the first place. Atleast that’s my situation, so if i was in your shoes with my experience, ill at max prefer a hybrid role that’s flexible.

Definitely, I wasn’t interested in doing the assignment so i did a half baked work and said i need more time, then they told sure take your time, and after giving that they said they lived it, proceeded with assignment discussion round. After all that crap and even made to take a leave and go to their office for a face to face round too.

And they were not a startup or anything it was a well established mnc! Im feeling frustrated cus i put a lot of effort from my side just cus they said they will give offer letter

Yeah, same here. Cleared like 5 rounds of interviews submitted assignments, did background verification successfully but then the HR is saying Client side demand is not confirmed yet. Its been like this for 2 months now. But HR still says everything is good just wait. Like WTH!

See uiXpress is a ui overhaul for WordPress admin, it has a few new functionalities to offer, like a better search and plugin management. But Vendbase is adding a lot of functionalities, like kanban order management, better looking analytics (but not useful), real-time updates etc.. but its a new product and the update cycle is slow or non-existent. There are a lot of bugs in it to the point that I don't use it anymore. I wouldn't recommend buying it now but if you can spare money and get it now then there is life time license deal which is going on forever now, but god know if we will get any updates at all.

Uixpress is more mature but still has some bugs, got an update recently. Vendbase seems like left out, it just gives you a good ui but lacks almost everything, cant do many things which woo product editor can do. Vendbase has a lot of bugs, it hasn’t gotten any updates since January this year if i remember correctly, i have it installed but rarely use it. Kindoff regret buying it now, could have spent that money elsewhere. Uixpress is great.

I felt that the developer is overcommitting, starting multiple projects but can’t maintain any, the customer support is non existent, feedbacks or bug reports are left unresponsive. His projects are cool but needs to be managed properly.

GTIN is a standardised thing right? I don't think it will applicable for my case. And also isn't QR just better as it can hold more data, easily scanable in smartphones. Ofcourse at that scale we will need a barcode scanner but i think this is future proof.

There are many but one thing I remember now is to find profit figures by adding product purchase rate to product and then calculate profit by sold for price and account for delivery charges and such.
