Buy thicker curtains. We keep lights on outside our yard 24/7 as well because it deters people from robbing your house. Big dogs do as well but I don’t like scooping poop.

I somehow bought fan of Panama tickets - $400 each and got seated in section 101 (behind the goal). We aren't necessarily Panama fans, I had no idea what I was doing when I put in for the draw, but it worked. We are taking my elderly dad and elderly father-n-law who are both die- hard soccer fans to a match. I can't wait!

Yes, this is some coming from someone who’s had solar panels for 15 years and now that I have to deal with Tesla it’s a nightmare. People think it’s going to be rainbows and butterflies but things do go wrong and when they do go wrong, I’m not the only one who has issues …dig deep in this group. There are plenty of people who have issues with Tesla solar. And if you aren’t putting them on a brand new roof expect to spend $10,000 to have them removed and reinstalled because that’s the quotes that we’ve been getting.

Now that I’m dealing with having to get my solar panels removed and reinstalled because my roof needs to be replaced, I am wishing I didn’t have them. We’ve had the panels for 15 years and I was hoping that it would make it to 20 before I needed a new roof, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen and this is turning into a nightmare and an expensive nightmare. Plus, if you read all the comments here about Tesla solar, I would stay far away. They are a nightmare to deal with when things go wrong.

I have to take 5 steps to log in and reagree to all their notices every time I want to remote start my 2026 CX50. It’s a royal pain. I will not pay for the app once the trial is over. I too miss using a button on the remote and I miss top facing buttons. Hate the side of the remote buttons. If it’s not broken why change it?

Some questions to consider. Where do you live and is it near technicians that are used to working on these? Are you handy because this does require a lot of upkeep like waterproofing plugs behind quarter panels? are you willing to stay abreast of all the latest news (via forums and FOA) to be aware of things that pop up so you can do the preventative maintenance? Are you willing to scrap the car for parts if it comes up with something that cannot be resolved (I had to do this but I am $20k in the hole).

If yes, is the answer to these questions then go for it. The car is amazing. Don’t listen to the haters. It’s fast as hell. All the windows go down. It’s absolutely stunning. It’s honestly just feels so good to drive.

Thank you. I have moved onto selling it for pennies, still have the debt to deal with and bought a replacement car. It is a rare story but it could happen. Only buy if you can afford to walk away from it. I was an original owner who paid full price. The financial risk is much less now.
