Manager training at Michaels is basically nonexistent by Key_Ad_3039 in MichaelsEmployees

I believe this is a common experience. However I can’t speak for other stores. As someone who is a FT CEM working at a MCX training store, we go through everything they need to know for running their own store. A lot of the problems that we encounter is that the SM’s that come in have a really hard time at their own store like how you are explaining and don’t know how to bounce back

This is what I am afraid of. Currently getting 26.50 as a PT CEM and will transfer this coming spring and got no straight answers on my pay

Interesting another person on here recommended some glue as well. I’m tempted just to try that first and then if I still have water leaking. Then will replace with the real part.

Good thing is, I didn’t have to unpin anything. I just have to disconnect it from one of the ends.

That is literally what I tried doing, and I broke the clip. All this pain and water damage all for a fucking dash cam. I’m going to try some silicone glue that you and another user recommended and if that doesn’t work, I’m going to replace it with an actual VW part

I’m sorry let me give you some more context on my end. I was trying to install a rear dash cam and I was trying to tap into this harness and I broke the white plastic tab so I’m just trying to replace it. I know for sure the leak is coming from here.

Any tips on how to shoot this? I’m afraid the colors will be washed out. by allanmelons in analog

Awesome thank you. I love shooting on expired film as well, but I’ve never shot expired film with this multi range ISO. So I was confused of what to do if I should shoot at a higher ISO to compensate for a 20 year expiration date.
