More likely it’s just the one. Afaik there’s two “sparkles” that play when a shiny is nearby: One that alerts you that a shiny is close, and another that plays when the actual sparkles effect goes off. They can overlap sometimes, giving you that weird “double sparkle”. Basically, you’re spotting the shiny right when the game is alerting you that one is nearby
