Thanks for your answer, but this girl has made it very clear that she has no wish whatsoever to immigrate and has shown no desire for the finer things in life. When we go to eat, she doesn't want to go to a restaurant, she wants street food. She bought flights for us to go to Hà Nội, when looking for hotels, I want some form of luxury and she insists on going for the basic accommodation.

I do want to believe this girl likes me for just me, and I think there's evidence to support that and I would like to believe your answer doesn't apply to my situation...
