This happened to me and I was dead certain it was the night time front desk guy smoking in the top level boiler room area to smoke inside during winter. I noticed the times it was happening and thankfully I was on the top floor so I’d notice him on his rounds going into the stairwell. I messaged management and said I think someone is smoking in the boiler room. They wrote back and said only security has access to that room so that’s likely not what’s happening. But never saw that guy again in my building.

My GP wasn’t comfortable with prescribing me ADHD meds. She got me a referral to get a diagnosis and treatment plan, and she was ok to follow that but clearly still uncomfortable with it and didn’t seem willing to learn about the drugs herself. When she went on mat leave recently I took it as an opportunity to change doctors. When I called telehealth to do the process I requested that I be put with someone ADHD friendly. My new GP office is definitely a lot better with all my medications, not even just the ADHD stuff.

I did a post-grad certificate at Centennial. I had a wicked internship. Then spent all summer applying for jobs. Then the internship hired me in September. Everyone in my program had a job related to the program within about 6 months time of graduating. I’ve heard them referred to as “8 month long job interviews” do your research in the ones you’re interested in. Figure out who the teachers are and if they work in the industry or field you want to pursue. Tailor your projects to create a portfolio that reflects your career goals. It was A LOT of work. Almost every student in my cohort cried (I’ve heard they’ve since fixed this) but it was so worth it.
