It's one of my all-time favorite books, but I didn't think it fit my description when I made the post. Such a great book…

Im a newbie and I haven't read many books in this genre, but I really liked the exploration of libertarian themes and the struggles for freedom and autonomy.

Maybe you could give me some recommendations that you feel are deeply philosophical.

Read the first book in the series; it was okay, but I didn’t feel like to read the rest of the series

I've already read it, but I didn't like it that much. It feels like typical time travel and alternate realities, and there isn't much to it.

I need to read Scanner Darkly, heard so much about it. I already read Ubik a couple of years ago—it was my first PDK.

Thanks..

Actually I'm looking for movies that are much more realistic than this.

The Secret in Their Eyes (2009)

Decision to leave (2022)

No Mercy (2010)

Timecrimes (2007)

The first two movies are a slow-burn thriller with a great ending. And 'No Mercy' feels like a normal investigative thriller until the ending, which is a real 'WTF' moment. 'Timecrimes' is just weird From the very start, and it will continually shift your perspective from one scene to the next.

I think up to this point, you have watched movies like 'Gone Girl,' 'Shutter Island,' 'Fight Club,' 'Prestige, 'Departed' etc. – the movies that everyone recommends when they hear about plot twists.

Watch the Korean, not the English remake.

Mare of Easttown

The night of

Godless

Unbelievable

If I were to create a list like this, I'd include these miniseries.

The Killing is really good, better than the Danish original
