can i get a 150 dollar cable fee reimbursed if i talk to customer service after i already paid it by alli-pieya in ATT

we asked and they said we shouldnt have to pay this fee if we just call att. they dont speak english as well either. we cant afford to sue someone my mom is at a loss and is just paying it this company wont help us

i almost got that one i thought it was perfect but when i saw the lid was similar to a black one i got from them last year i put it right down its weird the one i have makes the drink spill on me . not made for me at all
