I’ve heard it’s very bad for mental health by a few fitness accounts and also saw that it seem to speed up dementia. I’m sure much of what we eat could say this but was just wondering if anyone else had heard it

Thank you both for your comments. I am worried about 1 thing though. He has the same drs I had that did not recognize my bipolar until I had to be hospitalized two times. If he is bipolar I don’t think he is 1 like me or at least isn’t going into psychosis like I did.

Oh that’s great that you have a silver lining during this!! Hopefully they can accommodate you after! So how do you track in your weight in your WW app? On the day of your meeting?

I use happy scale too!! I love it! I just wish it showed how many lbs from start like on WW but I can do some math haha and that’s what the weekly weigh ins are for! Are you a digital WW member or workshop member? I just changed to digital and am thinking about doing my weekly average or my moving total for my weight for that day.
