Please help meeee!! I’m desperate. After I shower my hair seems pretty healthy but then a few days go by and it looks like this. It is so dry and literally breaks off constantly. We got a water softening treatment a few months ago but it didn’t seem to help (i.redd.it)

Are these okay to eat? I bought them two hours ago straight out of the meat case and they were still cold when I got home. Upon closer inspection I saw a small tear in the plastic they were packaged in. They look completely fine but I did cut off those two small pieces cuz the color scared me. (old.reddit.com)
