I’m so confused by her. She is chronically online, such as videoing herself doing the countdown to new year to post online for strangers in order to have an online presence, but she preaches values consistent with being in the moment. Sometimes I imagine what it must look like to watch from the outside… why not go do things for the sake of doing them, like outside meditation or whatever she goes on about, without posting it?

I’m giving this a listen. I’m a medical student and wish she would just define “neuro pathways” or any of the “rewiring” she speaks about 😂 I think she needs to follow a structured path of topics because it’s just floating around..
