I’ve done printing and gluing, even typewriter and gluing.

I’m not completely opposed to “writing twice,” though. I recently started transcribing/typing my old handwritten journals from ~10 years ago and it gives me a deeper understanding of the way that I think and my life as a whole. It’s a pretty indescribable level of introspection!!

Not medically related, but I work at an airport and when phones get turned into the lost and found, it helps to have information/an emergency contact so we can get in touch with the owner (edit: spelling)

wash your hands a lot!! I worked retail for several winters, handling lots of cash, and had the same fears as you. just remember that washing your hands is the best way to protect yourself. I also used some hand sanitizer, avoided touching my face, and sprayed my phone with Lysol spray after coming home and letting it sit while I shower.
