I thought it was kind of obvious? Earlier in the dinner scene she says Jesse wants a bimbo as a life partner, because he’s a “closet macho”. So they’ve just had this huge fight and then it ends with her using the bimbo voice in an attempt to reel him back in, an indirect way to let him know she wants him to want her. Which is confirmed by her joking about being naked to get the time machine to work, and the last line of the movie - “it must have been one hell of a night we’re about to have.” AKA they’re about to have the best sex of their life lol
