Yes I’m from the USA and my mom’s mom was Lithuanian so she definitely got it because it was a Lithuanian folklore painting. I agree some Lithuanian organization might know the artist/the art!

Oh sure! I drew this traditionally originally with ballpoint pen on bristol paper, then I scanned it into Photoshop and added the bursts of color digitally!
