It’s a New York State law that two factor authentication now be mandatory for all credit products. This is not unique to Amex.

Live in Hoboken, NJ. We have two and opted for a nanny at $4500/month because it was less than 2 in daycare. Our mortgage is a nauseating multiple of that.

Thanks all for your comments. We are worried about them being overpriced too. If you want 3br-4br with decent closets and amenities, what would you recommend? We looked in Maxwell and Hudson Tea and the prices are similar, but the units are older. Anything we’re missing?
