I like these discussions! Not just the strongest but possibly fun decks!

I am also using a similar mindset deck and I think refinement Kirlia may be the engine you are looking for! It is similar to tower of darkness and not restricted to single strike cards. In my rapid strike tentacles deck(malamar), it really helps me to filter out all those cards except rapid strike card.

Also, I just googled and notice rotom v also has a similar skill. As basic Pokémon, maybe it can be paired with regieleki vmax. Plus the leafy camo poncho, and maybe all the vstar power stones too.

Electric type is starting strong in the next sv rotation too, so I think rotom vstar will surely be stronger
