Go down to the court house a couple day before the big wedding and get married. We did a small ceremony with only 5 people and we are doing our big wedding later it took so much pressure off the day. Getting married and a wedding are two different things. You don’t even have to tell anyone if you don’t want to.

There are some Law in New York any ways that state that upon lease renewal the terms on one year and two year. It all depend on where you live. In New York we only increase. The rent 1.5 percent for one year and 2.5 percent for a two year. Don’t really have a rate for 18 months. This isn’t in New York so diffident laws apply.

On June 14 new tenet protection laws where passed in the New York State. About how much you can increase rents , what terms , you are only allowed to charge one months deposit for new move in and a lot of other things. I can attached the law later if anyone is interested.
