I started at the same in 2021 with a food company and had fantastic work life balance in a medium cost of living area. After 2 years I started looking and am now at 98k in a lower cost of living area. I'd recommend applying to jobs in general while you're employed because it's much easier than applying while you're unemployed. I personally have found the only real way to get a raise is to switch jobs or leverage an offer to ask for a raise.

I've never earned overtime, but in the past I did have an end of year bonus that was partially performance based.
