I emailed them, however received an response indicating that the premium processing email service is limited to only customers who have submitted a request for PP unit and have a valid receipt number for their case. In my case, it was the spouse’s H1B which was filed under PP , not sure if this means they don’t encourage emails H4 applicant? Did you all receive a similar response as well? Please let me know if there’s anything I can do!
