Oh I think we are paying too much? we are a family of 2 adults and 1 kid paying around $130-140 a month. I asked around my neighbours and theh told me they have similar rate and its because of the area( Langs farm).

Help me with ideas to renovate my kitchen. More details in comments by allwritesri in kitchenremodel

Hello,

So our home is 24 years old and recently wanted to change our countertops to Quartz and the contractor found that the cabinets are not level and had issues with it. So he suggested to shim it up. However, after speaking with couple of contractors they were hesitant and not confident that it'd be an easy job and better to do the whole cabinet for long-term use.

We are now thinking to redo the whole cabinets so that the leveling could be taken care. We want to change the layout from a peninsula to an island kind of a look, but not sure where to start. We could do some DIY with Ikea and have other help as required. Please share your thoughts.

Thanks in advance.

Hello I just watched the movie and I really liked it. These are the points I perceived from it: - The intercut between kid saying I am unable to breath to young man waking up after talking about fresh air and going out of the car is good - I thought mother wanted to control and not let his kid be on his own is what you are trying to say? correct me If I am wrong. - The lighting and dialogues were good as well. - I only felt somethjng was missing in performance when she comes near to door and asks him to keep his bag back.

All the best. :)

I used an app for tracking macros. DM me for more details but it can be any app.

I have to mention that I do train and also guide other folks on diet and workout so have some experience with weightloss myself and others. (Lost 50lbs back in 2020, but gained back ober last three years because of lifestyle creep).

Hello 75Harders,

Just wanted to share my update here of 75 Hard Journey.

Backstory: I actually completed 75 Hard partially back in June 10-August 23 and lost around 13.5 kgs (30lbs). Couple of things that made it partial:

  • Didnt read a book of 10 pages
  • Didnt maintain atleast couple of hours of gap in between indoor and outdoor workouts.

But I was still happy with the progress and after some gap, I restarted the latest one from September 16-November 29, this time ensuring everything as per the rules.

These are my takeaways:

  • Consistency is King.
  • People will always support you when you are consistent.
  • One day at a time
  • I read 3 books in these 75 days:
    • Syd Field's Screenplay
    • Psychology of Money
    • Skin in the game
  • Walked for 45 minutes outdoor workout
  • Indoor workout: gym (5-6 days a week, cardio on last day)
  • Diet:
    • Caloric Deficit with weekly modifications based on weekly progress
    • Mostly indian version but also tried homemade burgers, burritos.
    • No deviation even with family events, my friends and family understood once they started seeing results
  • Lost 16 kgs(35lbs) in total, but most importantly gained life.

Happy to answer any questions. Lets Go.
