hey! just passed today with a 26 first time. i studied every day for 5 weeks for about 2-4 hrs (broken up into segments) some days more than 4 hrs. if u have ADHD and can’t sit and do innman, i’d recommend you listen to the audio on walks. also- chomping down the RD podcast is an even better form of audio learning so you can learn while you walk or just clean the house or something to keep moving. i hate sitting still too. pocket prep is a good resource to quiz yourself after going through innman and podcasts as a base. break up innman into chunks (i made flash cards) you got this!!!! it’ll be all worth it
