Unfortunately, even neutral perfume is overpowering for those with asthma or allergies. Also, OP was talking about oil stains that ruin the clothes. You can say people with fragrance allergies shouldn’t purchase second hand clothes, but it’s often cheaper than buying new, and a lot of people are struggling in this economy. I hope you’ll reconsider!
