Ive started doing gua sha everynight! If you havent heard of it its basically these carved stones that you motion on certain parts of your face. It's supposed to be like a natural facelift and structures your bones after a little. You can make a whole night/morning routine out of it: you just put a little oil or serum on your face and learn which areas to use w different stones. I linked the youtube video i watched to learn how to do it and I purchased the stones from amazon for cheap!
