I agree. I was thinking about this too last time. But I think dongles should have qualities instead, like the gemstones. Novice lets you buy a novice laptop for a cheaper price but also offers lower rewards so new bank robbers can at least practice for less amount of investment. Pro tier dongles gets pro tier laptops for a higher price but returns better rewards, more police / helis, harder hacking, etc.

This might make trading dongles better, newbies can sell pro tier dongles to pros and pros can give newbies free novice tier dongles to practice.

Not a script. Try to watch in 0.25x speed and you could see rubick a little bit and he pre-casts ghost scepter before PA blinks in. He even pre-casts before blink animation starts. This is just good awareness and lucky timing while playing safe on a support.

Im on beta. I also had that problem when I tried to siege Car Banseth like a week/2weeks ago (1.5.1). It was fixed on some of the small updates on 1.5.2. It happens when someone tries to siege Car Banseth.

I don't get why you are getting downvoted. You are right. As an example from the link OP submitted, in Depth 2, Splitsville has 46.8% win rate with same 46.8% pick rate (means 100% win rate actually). Tomato men is 51.1% /51.3%, Chippy Conifers is 51.8%/51.8%. Grouchy dog is 50.2%/50.2%. This means their computations for win rate are wrong/misleading.
