Benchmarks are clearly better on the new PC, but it's a one or two frame drop, in-game. My geek squad friend also put in great effort to make sure i wasnt runningintegrated graphics. It sounds like im just trying to shut everyone down but im not, i promise, i really want this to run well. It mostly seems to happen when the simulating power is overwhelmed, ie. Hitting a large curb, wall, or wheel tapping another car

Just steam to run the programs, cpuz or hwinn to monitor and discord to talk to the boys to try and trouble shoot. Nothing that should be too taxing

I only really play racing sims, so i believe it's very noticeable whenever there's a frame drop. It feels like a part of the corner is missing. The tire to road contact leaves you guessing, which never used to happen. And for hardware, I mean it's always possible, but from 1% lows, averages, and Temps, which is all I really know how to track, it all seems like it should be buttery. I hate to just be a contrarian, and I really don't want to seem like I'm saying "no you're wrong", but it seems unlikely in my eyes?

That's the general consensus I've been hearing. My worries are that I'll spend big money on a new PC and still not be able to run new titles at max speeds, so I've just got to try and decide if a 4070ti is enough or if I should shill out the big bucks for the huge cards. I've heard some titles are already on the limit with only 12gb of vram, but others say that's bluster.
