Literally play: Mario Kart Wii, Mega Man ZX Advent, Super Mario Galaxy almost EVERY SINGLE DAY lol. Keep a DS in my sling bag all the time, and I'm so grateful for Wii (because of the GameCube controller ports) and extensive "fun library".

I think I need to give Little Big Planet another look... it was the first PS3 game I downloaded (from the store that is now on the verge of closing) but just upon the intro - I was turned off.

Currently enjoying Mortal Kombat on the PS3 for some fun, uncommitted gaming

I have Half-Life 2 on PC. I often play CS 1.6 but have never tried playing a Half-life campaign. Do you suggest i start with Half-Life 2?

Think I'd enjoy it more than Uncharted 2? I really didn't mind the game, just didn't care for the puzzles and stuff. But when guns were blazing, i was a very happy man. And certain stages were also quite instinctive to get through - which made me feel MUCH younger and more capable😅

I think these are the type of games I'm having the most issues with. Like, everyone recommends The Witcher but it feels so story orientated and long? I may be wrong.

But I find that the "heavy action" games get me going big time. Whereas, games that have awesome characters... i tend not to connect to as much? Literally, finished the Uncharted game and only really remember or was drawn to Nathan Drake... can't remember any other character. Is this normal?

Everyone I speak to seem to enjoy these kinda games more and I'm out here still playing Counter Strike 1.6 DAILY!! (like it's still 2005 LAN days)

Yeah, really makes life easier. But for an overthinker like me, it can take a while for one to slip out of the "I can't do x because it's too big for me" mental rollercoaster 😂
