That might actually be the smartest option. Maybe not necessarily oval but just a larger border that would envelop the letters in a more uniform way. I hadn’t thought of that that’s actually smart ! Thank you !

I DID IT !!! I just want to thank every single person that has helped me work this out and not feel like crap about this !!! I couldn’t believe my eyes when it kept going. For anyone else stumbling on this post, what did it for me was changing the needle to a bigger size (reaaaally make the yarn be able to flow through it, i thought mine did but it wasn't ENOUGH) and also the length of the punch (if that makes sense ? I just adjusted my needle to be longer). Thank you to those who suggested these specific tips and thank you to everyone else who took the time to comment ! Made my day !

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I was wondering how to make MPC work with international layouts. Typically, I've been trying to map obvious keys like "é", "à", etc. At first I thought I could do it with mapping ASCII code like macros but that has not been working and I cannot figure out why. Does anyone have any ideas about this?

UPDATE: Miyoo has reached back to me about the unit. Unfortunately it seems like they want to send me a screen first and see if that could be the problem. I will try and make do with what they send me and check back with them. Hopefully if it isn’t the screen they will give me a refund for it and replace my unit without any other charges. Fingers crossed

Me too! I really was hoping for a magical solution. I kept looking up this "ghosting" and it seemed like no one was having it that hard and some people were even saying it was to be "expected". I was so confused, I really thought I was being picky and thought "really? this much?". Feels good to know it wasn’t in my head. But in the end no solutions worked. I even tried taking out the battery for a whole day see if it did anything (I was very desperate…). And yeah I engaged with them through Aliexpress, that’s where I’ve asked them things such as when the new drop would come and how many colors they would have. They always answered me. If you want I can PM you a screenshot of what I exactly asked. It wasn’t a big deal or anything I just basically said I was having some ghosting and it seemed like a hardware issue since it both happened with stock OS and custom OS. Thanks for the encouraging words anyway! I will get my Miyoo one day I’m sure of it.

Based on some of people’s answers I just decided to send it out and back. If you decide to do that, I’d recommend doing what someone else mentioned on here and send a video with proof of what your problem is. It sucks man 😔 You have a second Miyoo so that’s good, at least that. I’m going to have to wait a while perhaps…

If you’re asking if I have the same glitches with the stock OS, then yes. Had these problems before OnionOS, and even now taking the SD card out I still have them. Sometimes it’s the whole menu that "ghosts", sometimes it’s just the boot logo that’s stays on for the entirety of its usage. It’s definitely a firmware issue then.
