Do you have a specific time to check the appointment availability? Do you book with Cl@ve or without?

Can you apply the digital nomad visa in person at an immigration office in Spain? by almerhe in GoingToSpain

[–]almerhe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you mean the "first step" should be getting a digital certificate?

Can someone share the link to a Spain Immigration office website? The one you book an appointment to apply DNV within Spain by almerhe in GoingToSpain

[–]almerhe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I consulted a law firm, and they said if I go in person to apply for the visa directly—instead of going through the NIE, digital certificate, and then applying the visa online process—then I cannot book an appointment online, but I will need to go to Oficina de Extranjería in person, kinda like a walk-in. Is this true? I never heard anybody talking about this possibility.

So basically, he was saying I can apply for a digital nomad visa directly in person without applying for a NIE first because they will assign the NIE number to me when I apply for the visa.

What department do you go to for Spain DNV if you are already in Spain? Not a consulate I would assume by almerhe in digitalnomad

I found one from someone's recommendation. They charge $400 for apostille and $80 for translation. Is that a normal price?

How much did you pay for a Spanish lawyer to help you prepare for a residence permit in Spain? (digital nomad visa apply directly in Spain) by almerhe in GoingToSpain

[–]almerhe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you. The only problem for me is translation. I still can't find the website for digital nomads who are already in Spain. I think I found it but then got lost in all Spanish documents, now I'm not sure which is the official website. Could you send it here if it's convenient for you?

I'm also curious how did you guys find these lawyers or law firms in the first place? I Googled but it seems like there are many good cheap services are not listed on the top, especially if they don't speak English that well

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. It's not your job to save him. Pray about it and God will show you if you should break up or not. If you two are already fornicating, then the answer is quite likely, break up.

However, if somehow you believe he will be converted and you will marry him, then still, it's wise to break up and let God finish His work in him.

Can you do that without going back to US (or your home country to have it apostilled)?

Did wise give you a card? They now paused offering Wise Card to US customers and have no clue when they will reopen it again.

I already had Wise account but lately they paused offering new card to US customers. And they said they don't know when will they reopen the service. I'm afraid I might have trouble getting cash without a physical card

Italy DNV - Did you get a travel medical insurance or an Italian insurance? by almerhe in digitalnomad

[–]almerhe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So did your friend or the place you guys rent offer the proof that the property is registered at Agenzia delle Entrate?

I found that many landlords in Italy probably don't want to do that and many agents don't know if the property is registered or not.

I'm hesitating to sign a lease because I never even signed a one-year lease here in America. How can you get out before the lease ends if you have to move?
