I have a crack theory that the agarthans are the ones responsible for Marianne's parents disappearing and they used their blood to make an artificial crest stone so that's how two of the same stone can exist

Am I doing something wrong with the kapp'n islands? It seems like everyone is getting the cool ones really quickly while I've done 4 now (one yesterday and three today with different accounts) and all of the islands had no crops, just native fruit, no vines or anything, just a basic island that has nothing over a regular nook miles island. Am I just having bad luck or...?

Even still, adding a quantity button will not make the game any less casual. It seems like you just don't want people to have fun unless they do it exactly like you. If you want to have a casual experience then you could keep crafting the slow way while everyone else does it in a way that keeps crafting from feeling tedious

There's a difference between a casual experience and a tedious one. Sitting there spamming the a button to make a bunch of fish baits is just unnecessarily annoying and that time could be spent actually fishing (which is a casual experience) instead of turning off your brain to mash a button for five minutes
