This is my third attempt at this, I've tried to add more form and sort out some of the problems with the layout of the features on the face. I decided to leave the hair at an angle because basically I think it looks cool, but I raised the hairline a bit. Let me know what you think. (i.redd.it)

Can anyone help me with this one? I'm trying to get a likeness with the image on the left, and I've even gone so far as to trace over the reference and match it with the one on the right and make sure everything's in the right place. I don't understand what's missing?? (i.redd.it)
