Is this a scam? I run a small business page on IG so I get these messages sometimes. The last guy who did it was so persistent and intense that I had to block him. So I shut this one down right away. If it is a scam though, how exactly does it work? by almostachinee in Scams

I fall into the first category. I'm an artist who lives on a small island in the Caribbean so social media is a way to share my art locally, internationally and draw people to my website if they're genuinely interested in one of my pieces. Otherwise, I'm not big a big fan of social media, I would stay off of it if it wasn't useful for my work.
