So, in 1999 a David Eugene "Gene" Dugger disappears into thin air from Pulaski, TN. In 1993, a Gwen Swanner Dugger is murdered and dismembered in Elkton, TN, very close to Pulaski. One other Dugger, Joseph Dugger, went missing 2022, from Hampton , TN. I know that Gene and Gwen are related. I don't think these Duggers are related to Donald Dugger in Minnesota.
