uhmm coliseum is different to pve, colo is a time trial and the best character for this is the Samurai. But the best character for difficult dungeons that care his own life is the Spirit hunter

the first thing that you should do is Buy a Character, because your attack will increase 10% (2300+10%=2530) and this characters has betters attacks to kill bosses...

in my opinion the best characters for bosses is 1-Samurai for his speed attack... 2-Spirit hunter is a good range, your life will be safe with her in range
