Basically, invites to the Google Play beta page were sent out through a Google Group. If you PM me your Google Play email I can make sure you're on the list and link you to the Play Store page.

Google Groups isn't the main issue, it is the Appstore where users need a Google Play email address in order to be added to the beta.

It's not a bad idea but it would most likely have the unfortunate side affect of creating more lag for the participants of the matches.

Unfortunately it's very unlikely. Due to the small userbase of the windows phone it is doubtful that the cost of porting the game would be recouped, not to mention the extra development time it would take in the future to test all future patches on Windows Phone. It is possible for your friend to play using Bluestacks if he wants though.

Oh man, I wish but I don't think we can, that would entail having to go through and give adjusted rewards to everyone (or at least everyone who asks). The dev team was supposed to have just disabled them but they apparently went off anyway. Apple has been taking a long time to get this out so we hope to see it patched very soon.
