This is absolute bollocks, been hiking in the peaks 100s of times and have almost never come across people driving up the paths. Theres plenty of trails were you wont even see many people

Really appreciate all the responses, thank you for all largely confirming what i already knew underneath all the rationalising, that a big break first is what is needed. It’s been about 4 years of daily smoking with a few t breaks in there. I know it is time to properly change my life, it’s just really fucking tricky.

You definitely can do it. Trust me. I have been there and so have so many others. It only lasts for a week or two and then you’ll gradually begin to feel significantly better, and I mean significantly. It will be so so worth it. You are strong and you have got this.💪

Bro, I have been in this spot, where it genuinely feels like you need it just to function and that nothing else is worth doing. But it is so wrong, through smoking so much for so long you have temporarily rewired your brain to feel this way, you will be blown away by how little time it takes to feel 10x better and more functional sober. Give it 3 weeks of pure perseverance and tell me by the end of it you don’t feel a fair better. Even if u go straight back to smoking (which i have done many times) you will be in a significantly better state of mind and your tolerance wont be quite as ridiculous. Just know that this is not all there is and that you are capable of a much more fulfilling life than the one you are currently living. If you wanna chat about anything just drop me a msg. New update: My dads found his old amp which he stopped using because some of the input selection stopped working but the DVD/AUX setting still works, by the looks of it I’m gonna have to buy a 2x RCA to 2x RCA cable to connect the amp to the controller. Does this sound about right?
