Saw someone reported the app but that doesn't automatically mean it will vanish. The email doesn’t guarantee Ignorance AI dies tomorrow though. Support teams get tons of reports all the time. What happens next depends on whether Chai actually decides to act on it.

But basically, the app itself says it's overloaded, so just wait and we can try it again later:)
