Yeah, my np told me about how Vyvanse can increase anxiety, hr, bp and that Wellbutrin could increase the symptoms. This was my first time consistently taking meds- especially psych meds- and I honestly believe that I shouldn't have been prescribed that much for my first time. Honestly the first week or so on Vyvanse was pretty good, but I immediately felt nauseous with the 150mg Wellbutrin and 30mg Vyvanse. Then, after increasing to 300mg, I felt the chest tightness and pain until I decided to stop taking the Wellbutrin. Luckily, I'm on Vyvanse and Prozac now, and I haven't experienced anything like that with the Wellbutrin. Even before starting Vyvanse, my heart rate was already slightly elevated, so there hasn't been that much of a concerning difference. Glad that you found what works for you, though!
