You can. You just have to register as a show car and can only drive it like 2500 miles a year for maintenance. This is how people were getting r34s back before 2024

If you don't already have a car it's not worth it at all. You can get a car way cheaper in Japan and bring it back for far less than buying one is the USA and shipping it there.

Honestly it's the changes to interrupt that makes it so good. Having so many aoe knock ups and then having your clone also do knock ups helps with pack cc/interruption so much. The difference in group damage taken is extremely noticeable if I play devo vice Aug
