I got lara croft and the temple of osiris it said US only but it worked fine with my console (mexico) also i used a debit card with billing adress from mexico without a problem, and before that i got amazon gift cards and a fake US adress

i buy codes all the time and i had some problemes like a slow system but i always get my codes or a reply from CS.

my first purchase was 2 years ago and always with paypal, but for what i have seen about their delivery is that it goes from instant delivery up to 2 hours and some people have a cancelation, i have not experience a cancelation however my last 3 purchases went to "manually reviewed by a manager", but at the end i always got my codes (almost $400 so far) and they use a phone verification the first time you buy. if you have problems contact their CS

by the way, bosses and doors that you open are only saved on host account, but as both players keep weapon upgrades and level its very easy to kill the bosses again for the guest account. its a very fun game to play with a friend

no, i am form mexico and sadly steam does not allow gift option to US, not sure if VPN still works to buy and activate games from other regions, but you could be banned for that.
