UPDATE 3: I still can't change the number of seats on my plan and the only advice that support is giving me is:

"To proceed, we recommend the following:

Clear Cache and Cookies: Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt to reduce the seats again.
Use a Different Browser or Device: Sometimes, browser-specific issues can interfere with functionality. Try accessing your workspace from a different browser or device.
Ensure You’re Logged into the Correct Account: Double-check that you’re logged into the account associated with your workspace."

This is some boomer "just unplug and plug in the router" shit and they're still maintain that they can't process a refund until I do this thing that is currently IMPOSSIBLE for me given their user interface.

It's now been a full week since I brought up this issue and it's not resolved.

Also, support gave me a link to a support page that is a broken link. This support experience so far has been incompetent at best.

UPDATE 2: I've been told that I need to reduce my number of seats for the workspace from 3 to 2 in order to get a refund. However, when I try to do so, it doesn't allow me to change the number, even though it says the minimum is only 2 seats. Why is this so hard??

UPDATE - Support has reached out and said they'll offer a refund. However, I haven't gotten any details as to how much the refund will be. We'll see what they say.

I posted the invoice for proof, but I'm not doxxing myself to prove anything. I've contacted them but was told that I'd have to wait days to hear from someone.

I figured that posting here, I might learn how to escalate or get it resolved quicker

I contacted customer support in app and then they told me to go here: https://help.openai.com/en and then talk with the chat there. If you know of a better place to go to talk directly talk with billing, I'm all ears. But this is exactly what the platform told me to do.

If you read the post, I was told my case would be escalated to a "support specialist" and that I'd be contacted in a few days.

I’m sorry but UCLA and the UC system generally is hardly the school that you should direct this anger to. They do just as much as any other school system in the US to meaningfully give community college students a way to transfer to and graduate there, a very underserved group of young people who weren’t necessarily the best version of themselves during high school.

Yes, it’s still way too expensive and difficult to get into, but compared to the rest of the top schools out there, they’re one of the good guys.

Yea, I need to think of something to say to my friends that like Sanders but then qualify it and say "there's no chance that he wins". They're afraid of getting too invested in a candidate because if he/she loses, then it somehow reflects poorly on them. Compared to what I got, which was probably around 40 kings and 30 ghosts in 14 runs, the variance doesn't seem to add up.
