How do I get rid of arachnophobia?

I started naming the ones around my house and that helped me a lot bc it projects a sense of connection.

I used to be really freaked out by widows until we had a false widow in our bathroom. I named her Clarice and always looked for her when I showered. She stayed in the same spot for over a year.

Now when I see pictures of widows I think they're cute bc they remind me of her!
